Bryce Young Rumored to Be Out Against Texas A&M

Alabama quarterback Bryce Young is rumored to be out against Texas A&M on Saturday night, according to NFL reporter for Pro Football Network Aaron Wilson.

"Alabama quarterback Bryce Young (sprained AC joint shoulder) is expected to miss Saturday's game against Texas A&M as a precautionary measure after getting hurt against Arkansas, per a college football source @PFN365 #RollTide," tweeted Wilson. 

The Heisman winner exited the game against Arkansas on Saturday afternoon with a shoulder injury in the second quarter. He was checked out in the medical tent, went to the locker room for further evaluation, and returned to the sideline in his uniform but never went back into the game.

Saban confirmed in his post-game press conference that Young suffered an AC sprain in his shoulder and he would be day-to-day.

The seven-time national champion reiterated that timeline in "Hey Coach," on Thursday evening, where he said that Young would be a gameday decision.

"We'll have to make a game-time decision, before the game in pre-game, to see if he can throw the ball well enough to go out there and do this job," said Saban.

Neither Nick Saban nor the Crimson Tide staff have commented or confirmed this rumor.
