The Miami Dolphins updated the status of their star quarterback Tua Tagovailoa ahead of gameday. The Dolphins are set to take on the defending AFC Champion Cincinnati Bengals on Thursday, entering the game with a perfect 3-0 record.

Miami has gotten off to a roll early, erasing a significant second-half deficit at Baltimore and holding off Buffalo in two of its first three weeks of play. The Dolphins lead the league heading into Week 4, tied with just the Philadelphia Eagles atop the standings list. However, the 'Fins do control their own destiny in the AFC, as Philadelphia currently resides in the NFC.

But enough about the records at hand... You're probably wondering if Tua Tagovailoa will play on Thursday night against the Bengals.

As of now, the answer to that question is yes.

Miami listed Tagovailoa and fellow college teammate Jaylen Waddle as questionable on Wednesday before news later developed that the Dolphins' star quarterback is expected to start.

Tagovailoa is coming off an injury during Sunday's win over Buffalo at Hard Rock Stadium. Despite the injury sustained, the former Alabama quarterback would come back in to finish off the Bills and lead his team to a 3-0 record to start the season.

With the win, the Dolphins grabbed the attention of the entire NFL, adding even more intrigue to 'Tua Mania' down in Miami.

Can Tagovailoa find more magic on Thursday or will injuries play a role in limiting the Dolphins' chances up in Cincinnati?

Only time will tell.
