BAKER HOTEL MINERAL WELLS, TX

this hotel was featured on the December 7, 2012, episode of Ghost Adventures

A man by the name of TD Baker built the hotel in the 1920's. He is believed to haunt the Baker Suite on the 11th floor. Baker reportedly died in his room and now he endlessly roams the halls. You can tour the Baker Hotel and guests on the tour are encouraged to knock on the door of his suite so as not to make him mad when they enter. The entire 11th floor is said to smell of cigar smoke as Mr. Baker loved to smoke cigars and Baker has a pick pocket habit as his ghost has been known to steal from the pockets and purses of those on the tour, only to turn up later as employees are locking up for the night on the floor of his suite.
