Without a doubt, one of the biggest contributors to the team's success this season is none other than the former Alabama quarterback Jalen Hurts.

Hurts completed 21 passes for 217 yards and 2 touchdowns against the Giants on Sunday. Hurts also decided to show off his footwork in New York with 77 rushing yards and a rushing touchdown, making him the only quarterback in NFL history to have 10 rushing touchdowns in back-to-back seasons, while also helping the team set the franchise record for the most rushing touchdowns in a single season.

Hurts is one of the most talked about players when it comes to the 2022 NFL MVP award, and after the game against the Giants, he has certainly strengthened his case.

The Eagles don't owe all its success to Hurts as another big offensive contributor from Alabama. DeVonta Smith has had an incredible season with Philadelphia and had 5 receptions for 64 yards and a touchdown against the Giants.

After the game, Hurts said "It means everything to come out here and get a W. Another week, another challenge in front of us, and another week where we are going to accomplish our goals and get a win."
