You always see the lists all over the internet for every single area or municipality-who has the: "Best Burger", "Best Pizza", "Best Chicken", "Best Italian"< "Best Chinese", "Best Mexican" etc etc... Well here, we're going a different route. Everyone loves to go out to breakfast. Whether it's a weekday early meeting with staff or a client, or a weekend relaxation thing on a Saturday or before or after Church on Sunday... It's always a good time and with great food! So we thought we'd compile OUR list of the top 6 places to go and let you add your favorite place in the comments that we may have missed.

Here are OUR top 6:

#1 BEAN AND GRAPE - MIDLAND

3211 W. Wadley Ave #121. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays but open the rest of the week including hours on Sundays. Not only is the Sweet Cream Pancake breakfast THE way to go--but add in the Mimosas and we are SOLD! (You also can't beat the ambiance!)

#2 FLIPPED - ODESSA

7270 TX-191 #125 (Right across from Walk-Ons). Closed on Mondays but open the rest of the week-including Sunday hours. The service here is always fast and friendly, and the oatmeal is out of this world--along with the Bacon Avacado Scramble!

#3 MULBERRY CAFE - MIDLAND

2101 W. Wadley Ave #8. Open 7:30 am-3 pm every day except Sundays when they are closed. My favorite thing about Mulberry Cafe is the outdoor seating upfront. Nothing beats their patio on a warm Spring or Summer day out there. From their coffees and cold brews to the MB Breakfast Special--you'll be glad you stopped!

#4 DOUGHBOYS CAFE - ODESSA

1621 W. 10th St Odessa. Open Tuesday-Saturday 5:30am - 2pm. Closed Sundays and Mondays. The Cinnamon Roll Coffee is one of a kind, and the Breakfast Burritos are amazing. You can thank us later.

#5 HIGHER GROUNDS - MIDLAND

403 Andrews Highway. Open every day except Sundays. Stop in for the coffee, be adventurous with your oatmeal choices! There's also bacon and eggs with the Breakfast Combo for you traditionalists.

#6 RED OAK KITCHEN - ODESSA

7260 TX-191 Frontage Rd #200. Open 7 days a week 7:30 am til 10 pm. The three-egg omelets are out of this world, but this is the place for chicken and waffles! The cappuccino is really good too!

Honorable mention: Huddle House. Since this is a chain, they get an honorable mention. But the food IS awesome and so is the service! Feel free to add YOUR favorite place in the Permian to go if we missed yours in the comments below!
