New York Giants’ Brian Daboll is a Legend For Celebrating a Win This Way [WATCH]
Brian Daboll didn't need to become a fan-favorite in New York this weekend.
The rookie Giants' head coach has been a favorite among Big Blue fans for at least a month, if not more. On the field, he's coached the Giants to their best start in years. Outside of the lines, meanwhile, Daboll has gone viral for his locker room celebrations and impassioned cheering with fans after securing victories.
All of these previous examples make what Daboll did this weekend even more incredible. Dare we say, he's even approaching legendary status?

Brian Daboll Goes Viral (Again) For Smoking a Cigar After NY Giants' Victory
The New York Giants hit the road yesterday, and took down the Jacksonville Jaguars by a final of 23-17. New York came from behind, again, over-taking Jacksonville in the game's final quarter. They were able to clamp down on the Jaguars' offense in the game's final moments, and ultimately escaped with the road victory.
With the win, New York furthers their narrative of being the biggest surprise team in the NFL this season. Fans love their team, and they love their coach, and Daboll met with the fans following the victory to sign autographs before boarding the team bus.
It was then that Twitter user Alex Wilson noticed something in his hand:
Yes, Alex, that was a cigar in Brian Daboll's hand (and later, mouth) as he signed autographs for rabid fans after the victory.
As a fan of the New York Giants, I love this clip. This kind of move gives off an air of confidence that I want to see in my head coach. Fans of the team were celebrating yesterday after another hard-fought victory, and seeing the coaches and players sharing in that celebration makes me proud to be a fan.
Let's call a spade a spade here: he looks like a bada**, and that's what I want my team's football coach to look like.
The Giants take on a team with another surprising success story in the Seattle Seahawks this coming weekend, before heading into the bye week. They take on Houston and Detroit coming out of the bye week, before dipping back into their NFC East schedule.
Here's hoping that the schedule ahead leads to more postgame cigars for Brian Daboll, and more reasons to cheer for Giants' fans everywhere.
