A video making the rounds online shows a “For Sale” sign in front of a home, but with an unexpected twist

In this now viral video, an additional sign reads, “Free EGGS with purchase of house.” Yep, you heard that right. Forget cash-back incentives or closing cost assistance, this seller is offering the real luxury: farm-fresh eggs.

Is it a joke? Probably. But with egg prices still fluctuating due to supply chain issues, bird flu outbreaks, and general inflation woes, it almost seems like a reasonable deal.

This El Paso Relator Is Offering Free TACOS or EGGS with A Home Purchase:

 Not too long ago, I came across a photo from El Paso, TX realtor, Mike Lopez. The photo shows a “home for sale” sign with Mike’s photo on it, but right below his phone number is a sign that may catch many El Pasoans eyes: “free tacos w/ purchase.”

FREE TACOS?! Yes please! Talk About Creative marketing!

According to Mike, the sign catches a lot of people’s attention and he’s recieved a few calls after they saw the sign so it seems as if his marketing plan is working! As it should because, who doesn’t love FREE TACOS?!?

Honestly, at this point, realtors might as well start throwing in gas cards, rent assistance, and maybe even therapy sessions. And if they start offering free queso and margaritas I just may become a homeowner sooner than expected!
