The Houston Astros are the AL West Champions for the third straight year after Sunday's 13-5 win over the Los Angeles Angels.

Houston has one of the best line-ups in baseball and their power-hitting was on full display against Los Angeles. George Springer hit three home runs and added four RBIs, while Alex Bregman and Aledmys Diaz also contributed homers.

Astros starter Justin Verlander allowed two runs over five innings and improved his record to 20-6 this season.

Their 102nd win of the season has them tied for the best record in baseball along with the New York Yankees as both teams are screaming toward an ALCS rematch.

For now though the Astros are popping bottles and dancing in the locker room.

AJ Hinch will have his team ready for the final push though:

The Astros finish their season with two games against the Mariners and a final four game set against the Angels.

You can listen to the Astros on Talk 1340 AM.
