Former Red Raider Matt Mooney Signs Deal With NBA Team

Matt Mooney is signing a deal to head to the Memphis Grizzlies on a training camp invite. If he doesn't make the NBA roster, he'll have a guaranteed spot to open the season on the G-League affiliate the Memphis Hustle.

Mooney talked about striking while the iron was hot during a recent basketball camp in South Dakota:

Mooney will join the Grizzlies for training camp at the end of September.
