If you are anything like me, trying to find that perfect gift for someone special is not easy. Especially the one person, who has everything! I have scoured Midland and Odessa, to find the best boutiques and stores that have special items, where you can find the perfect gift for anyone on your list. No matter the occasion or your budget, you can find an item for the “hard to shop for” person in your life.

Wanting to learn more about where you are living is natural. And with a lot of people coming to Midland and Odessa, thanks to the oilfield, I thought this would be a great opportunity to share some fun facts, about each of the locations, I have learned since arriving.

The weekend has finally made it. And that means date nights are upon us. Maybe you have been set up on a blind date. Or you have found your potential HEA (Happily Ever After, for those of you who aren't into romance novels) through the numerous dating apps that are around. But no matter your age, some adults in Midland and Odessa are patiently waiting for 5pm to arrive, heading home, and getting getting ready to experience a first date tonight or tomorrow. It's surprising when people aren’t aware of the celebrities from their hometowns. I wanted to see who represented my communities of Midland and Odessa Texas. I was impressed at all of the names and their accomplishments. So much so, I wanted to pass my newfound knowledge along to you.
