Listener Wrote - My man got upset the other day because I went and picked up a box that was at my Exe's house for over a year. We broke up 1 1/2  year ago. My current man says I SHOULD HAVE GIVEN HIM A HEADS UP! He says he deserved a 'courtesy heads up' that I was going to see my EX to pick up something. Um, it meant nothing and was no big deal. Did he really deserve a heads up?  .  .

Girl after a year? Why would you even want things from a year ago? Obviously they were not important to you, if you waited a year to get them back. Plus why didn’t your ex throw that crap away. Seems like both of ya wanted to see each other more then a box of year full crap!

Steve- Um, it sounds like you wanted an excuse to see your ex...YES you current man should be upset.

Ricky
Of coarse toxic behavior of a year and a half later decisions of going by your exs should be in question.
There is a reasonable amount of time for things, so this makes the timing and integrity of anything you ever ask very questionable.

Gloria
Yes!!

Carol
But if it was him you’d feel the same

Orlando N Patricia Hinds
Suspect.

Good Morning and Rebecca
This is Big Chief Steve Subia the King of Problem Solving.
So lets get right into this!
I'm about to Put My Science Degree to Work!
-I say YES Give him the Heads Up! And I'll Tell You Why!
So lets look at the Big Picture Here. You are putting yourself in a situation where a intimate moment or the Illusion of a intimate moment or opportunity could happen.
Even tho nothing happens, you have put yourself in a place and time where anybody can say you did something wrong with your XWhich will Cause a TON OF DRAMA!
Rule of thumb here!
If you can't take your Partner with you!
YOU DONT NEED TO BE THERE!
BOOM THE KING IS OUT!
