Football is back in Midland-Odessa!

While many of us are excited about high school and college football, namely because we have the opportunity to attend the games in person, a lot of people still enjoy the game at a professional level, something we cannot attend in person locally.

NFL Fans Flock To Watch NFL Games at Favorite Local Spots

With the season opener kicking off tonight, it is safe to say that many locals will be out and about wanting to watch the game.

As long as you have fun, drink responsibly, and be respectful to other patrons, everyone is encouraged to enjoy watching the game from wherever they decide to watch it.

But where can you watch the game while in Midland-Odessa? Sure, you could go to the obvious places, such as Little Woodrows, Twin Peaks, or Ojo's Locos.  However, those places will be filled to the brim with people.

If you want something a little more low-key or not as crowded, here are some local spots that would be perfect for any NFL fan.

1.) El Sitio

El Sitio is fast becoming my favorite place in Midland-Odessa.  It has fantastic food, great drinks, and an upscale vibe.  Multiple televisions are located in the bar area, making this an ideal place to catch the game.

2.) Bottoms Up
Bottoms Up is like our own local version of a "Hooters". Televisions are practically everywhere in this facility.  You can easily watch multiple games here simultaneously.  BTW, try the "Dragonballs". It's a fried ball filled with cream cheese and jalapeno. It is incredible!

3.) Fair to Midland

Fair to Midland is an adult-only venue.  It has games, food, multiple bars, a giant slide, plus a hidden speakeasy.  It gives the vibe of an adult playground, but one that serves alcohol! All the NFL games will be shown on numerous screens.

4.) Bubba's 33

Bubba's 33 is one of those spots where you just feel at home.  Friendly (and sometimes mean) staff, good food, and most importantly, the NFL Sunday Ticket.  This means every game all season will be shown at Bubba's.  Oh, I was totally kidding about the (sometimes mean) part. Or was I? 👀

Conclusion

Regardless of where you watch these games, it is important to remember that this is just a game.  A game that doesn't (or at least shouldn't) have any significant meaning other than entertainment.

Have fun, this is going to be a great season!
