Stuffed Animal Goes Viral For Day With Copperas Cove Police
Police across Central Texas are always keeping us safe every day. They patrol the area around us and make sure that nothing bad is happening around us. But then there's moments when they help not people, but rather stuffed animals.
When Did A Stuffed Animal Join The Copperas Cove Police Department?
Per a post to social media, it all began when a little Copperas Cove resident wanted to take her favorite stuffed animal to daycare. But, it seems mom didn't want the cat to go to daycare, so an impasse was reached.
What was the mom to do? The little cat stuffed animal would have to stay home right? Until an agreement was reached that involved the Copperas Cove Police.

Yes, the Copperas Cove Police Department would have a stuffed cat assistant on one day. But what did the stuffed animal do while on duty?

Well, to find out, we turn to social media to see what the cat got into during her honorary day of watching over Copperas Cove. Of course, there were photos taken too:
It seems like the cat did many things while helping on the day in question. It looks like the cat took calls with dispatch, and even looked out for us on patrol with a fellow officer. But the best part was probably the food the cat got, who doesn't love free donut holes?
So, all in all, it was a wonderful day for the cat. It might've even earned a job in the future too!
