The Central Texas area seems to be growing almost every day. Whether it be with people coming to area, or a business making its presence known. One very big business everybody knows, Amazon, is set to appear in Belton.

How Prominent Is Amazon In The State Of Texas?

Amazon in well known throughout the Lone Star State, with multiple warehouses for the business being placed in the state. We've all seen an Amazon truck driving around the state too, carrying items for delivery. Speaking of delivery, stations for that are also needed as well.

So why are delivery stations needed? According to FOX 44, these stations are needed so that the item a person ordered is transported to the correct address. A lot of these are needed too.

For Belton, Texas, Amazon has announced a massive delivery station for the company.

How Excited Is Belton For The Amazon Delivery Station?

As reported by FOX 44, the 127,000 Square Ft station being brought to the area is a welcome sign. In a comment from Senior Manager of Economic Development for Amazon, Jessica Breaux:

“This delivery station will allow us to provide faster delivery and great service to customers in Belton and the surrounding area...We’re grateful for our partnership with the City of Belton and the Belton Economic Development Corporation and look forward to sharing more details about this facility in the future.”

The Mayor Of Belton, David K. Leigh also was elated to see Amazon coming to the city:

"...Amazon’s investment brings local jobs, elevates our tax base, and improves delivery for our community. We look forward to a strong partnership with Amazon as they grow their presence here.”

So get ready Central Texas, Amazon is growing here once again.

The Ruins of Sparta and Bland Lie Deep Beneath Belton Lake
