It feels like every week we hear about another new business moving into Canyon, Texas. That’s a good thing for this growing city.
In the last three years, Canyon has welcomed a long list of new businesses, including Tireworks Tire Pros, Whataburger, The Lumberyard, Pondaseta, HTeaO, WingStop, The Acai Bar, Cavalier, Dollar Tree, and more.
Now, another new business is making its way into Canyon. Not long ago, a restaurant that had been a Canyon staple announced its lease wouldn’t be renewed after the property was sold. Now we know why.

What We Know About the New 7 Brew in Canyon
According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, a new 7 Brew coffee shop will be built and opened at 208 23rd Street. The project is expected to begin in February 2026, with a completion date in June 2026. The cost of the project is estimated at $750,000.
We reached out to the owner to find out more information, but at the time of publication, we have yet to receive a response.

As of right now, we don't know if 7 Brew will be the only business at this location or if it will have something else in the space.
How 7 Brew Fits into Canyon’s Coffee Scene
This new 7 Brew location will give Canyon another coffee choice, joining Journey Canyon, 13|30 Coffee, Ziggi's Coffee, and Palace Coffee Co.
Other 7 Brew Locations in the Texas Panhandle
Right now, you can find 7 Brew on Western near I-40, and there are also plans for locations in Dumas, Pampa, and Canyon.
