Los Chamacos Drop New Single ‘Donde Estas Carinito’
Los Chamacos had the Tejano world buzzing last night with an appearance on 'Bumpers Wacky Wednesday.' Chato, T-Rex, Hugo, and Gilbert appeared on the show and gave us the latest on their relationships with Jaime alongside an incredible interview that included live acoustical performances. Bumper continues to do an incredible job on 'Bumpers Wacky Wednesday.'
Brand new music video and single.
During the interview, Los Chamacos dropped a brand new music video and single entitled 'Donde Estas Carinito.' One thing you can take away from the new single, is the voice that most most people remember from Los Chamacos was Chato's. He is the distinct voice from Los Chamacos. Have a listen.
How long has Chato been with the band?
During the interview Chato tell us that he has been with Los Chamacos since 1986 for almost 40 years! I guess the real question, is how does this Chamaco stay looking so young? We also learned that Roel, is going to be more behind the scenes managing the band. However, he did make an appearance in the new music video.

Los Chamacos have been my favorite Tejano group to go watch perform. Their stage show has always been high energy and something that has set them apart. When they introduced this style of performance, nobody else was doing it so they made a splash in the industry and the rest is history!
Iconic hits over the years.
Los Chamacos have also recorded some iconic songs including 'Como Te Llamas Paloma,' 'X-Novia,' and 'Un Complejo' just to name a few. My personal favorite song from Los Chamacos is 'Mi Musica Favorita.' This is one song I will NEVER get tired of. Keep moving forward, Los Chamacos, we need you in the industry.
